AURORE DAL MAS

TEREZA KOZINC

Tereza Kozinc (1985) is a Slovenian photographer. In 2011 she finished her studies at the Institute and Academy for Multimedia in Ljubljana. She has been changing places from Ljubljana to Greece then to Paris for a quest of a home while on the other side she was urged by the necessity to move. Her life can be read within her photographic motives, her work stretches between diary and documentary photography, characterized by a minimalist reality that grows organically into surreality. Based on intuition and focused on her everyday life, Kozinc’s series spread from the north of Japan to the south of her kitchen. She is a self-thought photographer, mostly using 35mm film.

Tereza Kozinc is the coordinator of East To East Photography, organizing workshops centered on former Yugoslavia and the Balkans.

She is one of the 18 Slovenian photographers, involved in the long term project If Slovenia Were (www.ifsloveniawere.com), curated by Klavdij Sluban. In 2018 it was presented at the Voies Off Gallery in Arles and finalized as an artist book, published by the Cultural Center Krško, Slovenia.

GABRIELLE DUPLANTIER

ALISA RESNIK

ICI LA NUIT EST IMMENSE proclaims , in big red letters, the  ‘42 h du loup’  painting by Sarkis.  An intriguing oxymoron, sounding either like a promise or a threat.

One Another could be the story of a single and endless nuit, linking Berlin to Saint –Petersbourg.

An endless night with no dawn , stretching over deserted towns and sliding into interiors with worn-out carpets and benches, and  where, against a backdrop of faded curtains and wallpaper, people pass by or pose in front of and for Alisa Resnik.

LILY ZOUMPOULI

My work’s theme is self-documentation.
I photograph /video my life, the environment I am in and the people I share it with at certain times when I feel that this moment needs to be captured.
There are also cases where I stage a photograph
in order to portray what I need to express at that time of my life.
I find interest in self-portraits and depicting situations that I share with others.
In order for me to photograph something or someone, there has to be a sense of connection. Creating an atmosphere between them and me
so that the final outcome will display parts of us.
A mix of selves into one image.
